The collaboration with a beautiful couple from Chongqing, China brought me, finally, a happy tick in the box, for that edgy couple portrait theme that I have wanted to do for the longest of time. It all started with an email from Arlis many months ago, and after a few rounds of exchanges, seeing them in the flesh for the first time on the day of the shoot was, I remember, quite a surreal experience in itself.
